The Royal Challengers Bangalore will hope the rains stay away as they face the Gujarat Lions on 27th April. But will they be able to get those two points? Shruti attempts to answer that question.
Bangalore should have a great start with the bat, and then it appears to go the other extreme of highly troubled middle overs whereas their bowling doesn’t start well but it should manage to maintain better consistency than their batting.
Gujarat on the other hand appear to be equally competitive, especially when they could have a good, confident start with the bat, but again, it’s the middle overs which could be troublesome for them too. Strangely, just as they have similarities with Bangalore when it comes to their batting, Gujarat’s bowling too should maintain better consistency.
The main difference between the teams in fielding, which Bangalore should do better in. As for my prediction, tarot advantage for this one seems to be with the Royal Challengers Bangalore.
